Our Team

Neil Noland began his career with a football scholarship to the United States Naval Academy. He then went on to become a mechanical engineer and has become widely regarded as the definitive authority on gas turbines within his field. Neil currently has over 25 years of experience in aviation and over 3000 flight hours. He has personally owned over 30 aircraft and has amassed a network of contacts within the industry second to none. His passion for aviation and experience with buying and selling aircraft make him an invaluable resource for Noland Aviation.

Aaron Noland began his career with Spartan School of Aeronautics where he earned all of his ratings and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management. Aaron currently has more than 4000 flight hours of which over 2500 are in business jets. Along with his duties at Noland Aviation, Aaron currently serves as a Captain for a charter company flying a Lear 45. Aaron’s real word experience in business jet aviation and his key involvement with Noland Aviation have made him an important member of the team.

Dan Burnstein, a lifelong Tulsan, graduated from Edison High School in 1985 and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in 1989.  His flying career began during college when he became a Certified Flight Instructor and worked at the local flight school. In 1989, he began flying as co-pilot on Learjets for Omni Air Transport, and went on to receive his ATP and Learjet type rating in 1990 at the age of twenty-three years old.  Since then, Dan has continued to advance at Omni, becoming a Captain in the Learjet in 1990, the company Flight Instructor in 1993, and Company Check Airman in 1994.  Currently, Dan has approximately 8,000 hours total time with over 6,000 Learjet hours.  Today, he holds the title of President of Omni Air Transport which he has held since 2005. His extensive experiences in business aviation and leadership have made him and indispensible member of the Noland Aviation team.

Greg Bare began his aviation career in 1988 at Spartan School of Aeronautics where he earned his Airframe and Power Plant Ratings. Greg would also go on to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation Management from Oklahoma State University. In 1990 Greg obtained a position maintaining a Falcon and a King Air for Chesapeake Corporation of Virginia. Greg continued on with much experience in the business aircraft maintenance world and in 2003 became Chief Inspector at Tulsair Beechcraft in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In 2005 Greg joined Tim Fox at Fox Flite Inc. as Director of Quality Assurance where he was responsible for maintaining a rolling inventory of 12-15 aircraft per year. Greg’s profound knowledge of turbo props and business jets have made him vital to the growth of Noland Aviation and the services we provide for our clients.
